The strong points first. It has great driving dynamics, is great in bad weather, and the engine is always willing to go. The G35/G37's are considered among the best sports sedans and this is very much a 5 door version of the G35. It is essentially a luxury hatchback. All the tech you need accept for a lack of bluetooth streaming.
The weak points are few but they stand out. Premium is required and the average mileage I experienced is 20 mpg which could be better. Premium is required which along with a 20 gallon tank makes filling up make you tear a little. Also the back seat is cramped and space overall is smaller than it would appear from the outside.
Don't get me wrong. I enjoy the car and this is probably the best performing CUV around. Just remember it is closer to a Golf GTI than it is to an X5.

We traded an 06 Passat for the 08 EX-35. It is important to note the major differences between the two. The Infiniti EX-35 has more technology and luxury features than the Passat but, the Passat had more storage and acceleration. The seat warmers in the Passat had 5 settings the highest of which was hot enough that it could not be used for extended lengths of time. The seat warmers in the Infiniti just don't get quite warm enough. The bluetooth technology, navigation system, audio hard drive, reverse camera, lane departure control and active cruise control in the EX-35 are all features that we enjoy greatly. Although some of the features in the Passat outshine the features in the EX-35 overall the amount of features equipped in the EX-35 make it a definite upgrade.

its a great car but not much space. It has the greatest safety features, smooth ride. only complaint is it is not a good car if you have kids. cant fit in stroller and all baby gear. Great for single person or people with grown kids.
overall nice car. Just small space
