BEST COMBO OF LUXURY AND SPORT
Infiniti did the impossible with the M35. They took the plush, quiet, confident ride of a top-line luxury sedan abd somehow combined that with the precise handling, exhilarating throttle respnse and road grip of a top-line sport coupe.
I have driven my M35 in every condition possible from sunny Florida days to the extreme wind conditions, storms and slick roadways up north. Not once did I get the feeling the car was in over it's head. It handled every curve, every hill, every hazzard condition effortlessly and flawlessly.
I have owned Cadillacs, Lincolns, top line SUVs and I can honestly state this car out-drives, out-performs, and simply out-does them all. The quality and craftmanship are excellent inside and out. Visibility is excellent in all directions and the quiet ride, the climate coltrolled seats, the xenon headlights, the navigation sysytem, and the sound system are excellent. The comfortable but firm seats hold you with just the right combination of plush and support.
Even at hwy speeds, control is precise while floating over the road and passing power is unlimited when needed. This car exudes confidence and precise handling at all speeds and in all conditions. I have never felt that in any other car I've owned.
As for MPG ... I average 19-20mpg in stop-and-go driving and about 25-26mpg on hwy trips (70mph). I have no clue how they made a car that performs like this AND does it efficiently as this, but I'm glad they did! You wont find a BMW, Mercedes, Cadillac, or any other luxury sedan with this high level of comfort and luxury or this level of dependability AND this level of MPG all at once.
REPAIRS: I have had an oil and filter change for $40, but the dealer never finds anything that needs repair and I'm currently at 70,000 miles. Every inspection they do comes back with 'no needs' and it still looks and drives and feels like a brand new car. Try finding that in BMW or Mercedes, or any other brand.
WARNING: If you test drive an M, you will buy it and never regret it. Also, you can expect other drivers to eye-ball your car at traffic stops. You'll get used to it.
