I am totally happy with this vehicle - it's well appointed, rides like a dream, and gets reasonably decent mileage for a car in its class. The exterior is somewhat generic, but the beautiful rosewood finish makes the interior come alive. Plenty of pep in this car, as well. I would recommend it to anyone.
Traded in SUV for a sedan for better milage. This car doesn't get any better milage then my two former SUVs. It is a very comfortable car and easily seats 5. Plenty of leg room. The keyless start is great so no digging for keys. It has all the bells and whistles. The traction of the car is scary. It grabls the road almost too well. When you are on a ridged road, the car seems out of control. When driving on a highway that may have some construction and the pavement is less then smooth, the jerking of the car is very unsettling. I wouldn't get another Infinity. I have driven other high end cars that have much better handling for a simular price. I will keep it for a few years then move on.
This is our first "luxury" vehicle. Even though it is a 2006, it's styling matches he cars in it's class coming out in 2012. Interior space is great, would have like a larger pass through in trunk, but space is more than adequate for our luggage on a road trip. It has some features that are not obvious, such as warm up time. On a cold winter day, we are getting heat after just 1 mile. Smart cruise, in cruise control, if the car in front slows down, or someone cuts in front, the car automatically compensates, then returns to set speed as conditions allow. Lane guidance, wonder over the white line and you get a warning beep, headlights turn in the direction of your turn. A lot of technology so we purchased an extended warranty package to cover it. Engine runs at higher RPM than I am used to. Was worried about impact on gas mileage and wear and tear. After reading the user sites found out that neither is a problem, and the car has superior pick up, important when passing or trying to enter freeway. My only complaint is there is more wind noise than I expected, road noise is virtually eliminated. I certainly would not have bought a car like this new, but as a used vehicle, given its reliability and features it is a good buy.
