Superb luxury muscle car

2011 Infiniti M56 Jeff J - Fredericksburg, VA 01/04/2017

I did a lot of research, and this car fit all of my needs. All wheel drive, luxury interior and ride, lots of bells and whistles (maybe too many!). But, most of all, it goes like stink! Fast isn't even a good description. Scary fast. Felonious, even. If you can't control your speed, don't even consider it. This sucker makes people look and say, "where did it go?". I love it! Merging, no problem! Plus, it is a much better value than a used Lexus LS460! And it will make it look like it has an anchor attached to it! Great car!

Current Infiniti owners will love this car

2013 Infiniti M56 Cranky Geezer - , 08/15/2014

Most of the professional reviews advise you to save your money and skip the 5.6L engine and the technology package That's good advice. But, if you don't want to pay what they want for a comparably equipped 550i or a E550 but still want comparable performance then this is a great alternative. I think the Infiniti interior is far better than either Mercedes or BMW in terms of comfort, design, and finishes used. It's a beautiful car, inside and out. And if you're currently driving an older M35 or M45 then this car will not disappoint. I like the technology package but I can see why some people would find it annoying. I think Infiniti has struck the right balance between performance and luxury with perhaps a bit more emphasis on luxury than the previous M models. And it's a great car for taller drivers. I'm well over 6' and can spend all day in it and not be fatigued. It's definitely worth considering.

Stylish, agressive, sporty, luxury car

2011 Infiniti M56 Joe E - Omaha, NE 10/22/2016

I excessively researched, read reviews, and test drove evry car I could. This is the car that I wanted without question. I had shipped from out of state and have no regrets. Awesome car! A great balance of power and mileage. I owned a G before this and this car blows that away! It has an eco mode in which averaged 25.5 in combined driving.. its difficult to stay there though! 19.9 usually in standard mode. Sport mode calls to me. In sport mode the engine allows you to rev more before shifting while in auto mode. Also the engine braking assist is very effective and smooth when agressively braking. If I'm not in an agressive mood most of the time its kept in standard mode.
