Transmission: Automatic Color:Black Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.4 reviews) The SUV is a smaller one and meets more expectations than I expected. It drives very smooth and is a gas saver. Very spacious and comfortable, especially when I have groceries. I did not expect it to be as great until I researched it and am glad I choose this jeep over two other leading competitors. The only problem is I would have liked higher horsepower in the engine but I am still satisfied and love my jeep.

The Patriot has plenty of room not only in front but plenty of room in back to load larger items. I drive hundreds of miles each month and find the SUV maneuvers well, but rides a bit bumpy. Seat heaters are fantastic!

Was expecting more

I bought this car because I needed a small SUV that sat up higher for my husband who because of declining health, has difficulty getting in and out of vehicles. I've had two other Jeeps and both were extremely well made and comfortable. So, I expected the same from the Compass, but sadly it is not! This car doesn't have the simple feature of automatic headlights that should come standard in all cars manufactured after 2010. Also, the drivers seat is the most uncomfortable seat I have ever had in a car. Also, it's NOT a 4x4. Who wants a JEEP that's not a 4x4?

Small SUV, lots of front room, rides a bit bumpy
