I recently purchased my Grand Chero. Limited after selling off my beloved 99 Laredo. The Limited is the Cadillac of Grand Cherokee. While I'm not crazy about the square body, and the blind spot in the rear while backing, I LOVE the round headlamps. The leather is durable, controls are user friendly, and over all is a smart, SMART SUV. Wipers have a sensor and operate when the windsheild is moist. Also offers Auto dual climate control, and vents in back to warm up the passengers. U-Connect is a breeze to use, and the 6 disk CD changer is awesome! The moonroof has two controls one as a vent, and the other a traditional-wide open "I wish I was a convertible". Sideview mirror defrost/dimmer and auto tinted rearview mirror are great when you have a higher vehicle or someone who insists on driving with their brights on behind you is a bonus! Tinted glass all the way around (even the driver side!). Traction control with the 5.7 liter HEMI is ALOT of fun and great for off road. This is my 3rd Jeep. I've loved them all. This one so far is the best.
Purchased my GC in 2006 with 19k miles. Love it, now have over 90K on it. Mileage not great, but it's a Jeep, AWD/4WD and will go anywhere. Cruises on the highway great, just drove it from Dallas to Sante Fe, NM and back and it was so nice to drive. My wife has a brand new Honda CRV and she was glad we drove my car instead. This is my 5th Jeep vehicle. I have tried the other brands but always come back to Jeeps. Going to hand this one down to my daughter soon and get a Wrangler. I have owned a CJ7, a wrangler, 2 original Cherokees and now the GC. Wish I had bought the V-8, buy my mother-in-law has one and the gas mileage is not pretty. Overall the V6 GC is a great vehicle and from what I have read the new 2011 is an awesome vehicle. Buyer Mopar/Jeep!!
