2008 Jeep WranglerRobert - rock island, IL12/31/2014
If it was in good shape and I didn't have to put money into it after driving it off the lot then it would be just fine - and the fact I bought it 3 hours away - no way was I just going to drive 3 hours to take to get serviced
Jeeps are always fun. Although the vehicle was missing decals when I first saw it, it's definitely made for fun! You can't own a Jeep Wrangler and not want to take it off-road and mud it up! It's not about mileage, it's about fun! (I have another vehicle for mileage).
I must say that jeep has definitely stepped up the game when it comes to the jeep wrangler, I used to own a 1994 jeep wrangler soft top, now my current jeep is an 08, rescue green , Sahara edition and the changes made by jeep over the years have been impressive. The ride is comfortable, with all the creature comforts of must SUVs but, with the jeep classic looks and the go anywhere-do anything still as one of its selling points. I have taken my jeep to theatre shows were you see many high end vehicles, but the jeep continues to attract the looks of many as well as to the beach where the soft sand tends to put many 4 xs to the test . The shift on the fly makes it so easy to get the extra traction you need without even breaking a sweat!!! All my friends that have ridden in it are surprise by how well it rides is hard to believe is a jeep many have commented, the convenient freedom top is so easy to remove or place back, that makes it even more enjoyable. I also own a high end sports vehicle which is fun, but I have to say when it comes to having the convenience of carrying people and gear the word fun becomes unlimited to the possibilities.
