Aside from a Hybrid system failure while driving on the highway that needed a week to fix, the car has been fantastic! Love car with all my being. Crossing fingers that this hybrid system issue doesn't happen again!

Great mpg meaning less trips to the gas station, smooth ride, Great entertainment center-full speakers, Bluetooth, buttons on wheels, hands free phone. I would recommend this vehicle however this car in particular has static shock when we get out and it's not good if you need to fill up on gasoline.

2011 Kia Optima Hybrid

I purchased the 2011 Kia Optima Hybrid on 8/17/2012 and absolutely LOVE it! It has only been a month and a half, and I have already put 3,000 miles in it! Very good looking car. People stare at it and often walk up to it to look inside. The performance is very good for a 4 cylinder/hybrid. My only problem with it is the acceleration time when I punch the gas while entering the freeway. It takes about 2 seconds to respond. The interior is beautiful! The dash board is not plastic like the majority of other vehicles. It's vinyl! Very sleek! The interior is very spacious. Being a 6ft guy, I have so much leg room in the back, as well as headroom. The seats are not as soft as luxury vehicles, but its' very smooth suspension makes up for it. Also, it may tell you in the brochure that it get 35/40 mpg, but with the way I drive, I get 38 city and 46 highway. The price is is not bad at all for what it offers. If it were a Toyota or Honda, this same car would cost 20% more and that's a lot of money! Overall, this car attracts so many people and has a great feel when driving. Definitely recommending it for anyone!

- Optima, 2011 Kia Optima Hybrid

for a 4 cylinder car, gas consumption is horrible. it is hybrid but averages only 22/32 maxim pg

Actual mileage per gallon falls VERY short. Underpowered. Any 4 cylinder car, not even a Hybrid, can deliver much, much better mileage per gallon. Too expensive for what it delivers
