I wasn't in the market for a car, but was forced to purchase one due to increasing repair costs for my current car. Overall, the Kia has been a good choice--good gas mileage, driveability, cost etc. My only complaint is that the enging seems to be pretty loud. Not vroom vroom loud. More like a very loud purr! Everything else is a-okay!
Love my car!

The gas mileage on this car is great, but the tank is pretty small. I had a Toyota Camry before this car that held about 16 gallons. The Rio in comparison holds around 10 or 11. I have to fill up every week, but when I fill up it's only about $20. The only thing I dislike about the car is the acceleration. I knew when getting the car that the acceleration wasn't going to be great, but in order to get up to speed, you often times have to floor it. I have had issues with the engine coils, but Carmax fixed it for a reasonable price. So far I have only had the car a few months, but I am hoping to get at least a few years out of it. Overall, I think it is a pretty good car and would recommend it to anyone looking for a small, fuel efficient car.
