Never thought twice about owning a Kia had my heart set on a Nissan. Once I sat in the car and actually test drove it,it suprised me with the room the power it had and how quiet it was. The ride was very smooth. My 15 year old son is tall and my concern that he wouldn't have enough leg and head room. I would ask him if he was comfortable he finally said "mommy if I didn't have enough room I would be complaining". So all is well. My kids love the car and so do I. I made the right choice.
Lovin my Rondo!

I love my Kia Rondo! So much room it is ridiculous. If I had to mention any drawback I suppose it would be the gas mileage but I went from driving a small Saturn to this much larger car. I get about 20 MPG.

I have been driving the Rondo now for the past 5 weeks. I purchased it with less then 13k on it. So I still have the remainder of the 60k warranty. It is a pleasure to drive in town and on the highway but is not as steady in turns at turnpike speeds. But if you back off on the speed a bit it pulls through the turns nicely. The V6 engine is peppy but I'm disappointed with the fuel economy. I expected a couple of MPG more on the highway then what is stated on the sticker but I have to nurse it a bit to get the sticker MPG. It averages 26mpg highway and that is if you don't push it too much. Not bad but I also have a 99 Ford Contour V6 with 125k that gets over 30 mpg on the highway. Kia has a ways to go with their fuel economy. But all in all it is a fun car to drive and serves me well.
