2009 Kia Rondoflearubio - Wilmington, CA06/09/2010
I have researched the market for a small SUV and decided on the Rondo for the size, mpg and price. I am pleasantly suprised that the Rondo has exceeded my expectation and will no doubt recommend the Rondo to anyone who will listen!!!!
a good, solid, inexpensive car

i picked four stars comparing this car to other cars in the basic size group - it's not quite as nice, not quite as luxurious, not quite as comfortable.
BUT - it's definitely nice, luxurious, and comfortable *enough*, especially for the price! it has an aux plug in the console ready for an ipod, comes satellite ready, has an easy-to-use cruise, and drives really smooth. plenty of room for adults on the back seat, even though i like my driver's seat pretty far back. plenty of room for a large harnessed booster.
please consider a rondo if you're thinking rav4, cr-v, mazda5, or other small suv. it's a bit less fancy, but a lot less cost!

My Kia Rondo has the 3rd row seating which I love. I have 6 grandchildren so now if I want to take them somewhere, I can do it. And when I don't need the space for them, I can fold the 3rd row down for extra cargo space. The gas mileage is excellent, it fits in my garage just like my 4 door Honda Accord did and the ride is smooth. What's pleasantly surprising is the head and leg room. The car looks small from the outside but the head and leg room is awesome! I even rode in the 3rd row seat myself and it was perfectly comfortable for an adult. Although I would say it is best suited for children.
Overall, I did my homework and I'm extremely satisfied with the Kia Rondo LX. It is a great bang for your buck.
