I love my new Kia Sportage. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast and my new car had to fit my lifestyle. The Kia Sprrtage fills the bill perfectly. It holds my bike, all my camping gear and all my photography stuff with room to spare for passengers. It rides and handles well, gets good gas mileage for an SUV, and looks great. I expect to be having lots of fun with this car for many years to come.
Great style and handling. Love the tech package!
This was our first Kia purchase. We liked the styling of the Kia brand but wasn't sure about their quality. We liked the outside styling of the car immediately when we saw it up close. The exterior lights and color were aesthetically pleasing. The interior really was nice too. The leather was soft and looked expensive compared to other cars in its class. It was roomy without being overdone. We are planning to add to our family soon, so this was important. It has room for lots of groceries, car seats, adults, pets, and all life has to put in a back seat. It has a wonderful open feature to the back door that we really thought would come in handy with kiddos. I liked the easy fold option on the back seats as well as the wonderful panoramic sunroof - bonus! It is nice to take in those few beautiful days here. It is fully loaded and the engine is peppy for a 4-cylinder. It has a real sporty response that feels less like an SUV than others I drove. I loved the menu on the gage that keeps track of MPGs so I don't have to. It even has an eco setting that helps you save gas - genius! We average what the specs were - 21 city but highway was more like 26. In their defense, we had the A/C on and it was a windy trip so I expected it wouldn't reach the 31 goal for highway. I'm looking forward to hitting it though! Overall, we are really pleased with the car. The only draw back so far has been on the roof. The silver paint on the roof rack is peeling. This shouldn't be happening on a 2011. I will address this with Kia & see what they offer. Needless to say, we look forward to many years of driving our new family car. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.
