Customer Review Summary for 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid
My First Hybrid
2011 Lincoln MKZ HybridRipper - , 10/22/2013
When I purchased my previous car 3 years ago, I was certain that it would be a hybrid, and yet I went for something sporty instead fearing the "plain" lines of the Prius or the "sleepy" look of the Honda would be something I would grow tired of in short order. The idea of 50 miles per gallon continued to haunt me. Everytime the price of gas went up, so did my angst about my purchase decision. Last month I again turned to CarMax to replace my sporty red car. I was determined this time to go Hybrid and yet the more I looked at the Prius and Honda, the more those old thoughts returned. Then I saw it, the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. Love at First Sight. I put on my facebook page that "Life is too short not to drive a Lincoln". 40 miles per gallon and a sweet ride is wonderful. I highly reccomd this car to anyhone who does not want to give up luxury in exchange for unbeleivable milage. Be aware that the Hybrid batteries reduce the trunk size abit and there is no pass through from trunk to back seat.
Nice Luxury Vehicle for Gas Concious Drivers

I owned Prius vehicles for 5 years prior to this purchase. I need the fuel economy due to the miles I put on a vehicle since I'm a Realtor. I was introduced to the MKZ Hybrid by a fellow Realtor and fell in love with it the first time I rode in it and had to have one. Love the style of the older MKZ with all the nice chrome features.
Fun car. GREAT mileage!

This car looks great and is FUN to drive. Easy to use technology. I get 40 to 43 mpg on my daily commute to work. Best trip so far got 63 mpg on a 5 mile trip running nearly all electric. Jaw dropper experience was a Chattanooga to suburban Maryland trip (610 miles) on ONE tank of gas. The fill-up in Chattanooga got us home.
