The Mazda CX-7 is a great all around car. It can seat 5 people comfortably and has great get up and go. The AWD feature is great for bad weather or snow conditions. We took it skiing the 2nd week that we owned it and it was great. The seat warmers work well but only have one level of comfort (My previous car had 5) The only down side is that it seems to only get 16-17 mpg in the city. Like I said before, the AWD is a great feature and is a fair trade off for less than reasonable gas mileage

I live in Michigan and needless to say we have had a pretty harsh winter, but luckily I haven't had to deal with getting stuck in the snow or worrying about weather at all while driving my car. It's plowed through 6-12 inch snow drifts without a problem. The traction control and AWD work great. It's pretty roomy and its a good crossover vehicle for someone like myself who doesn't want something too big.
