We read many good things about the Mazda Cx-9, and it didnt' disappoint. We are very happy with it.
Pros: It handles really well for it size, steering feel is excellent, and also has great power. We also really like how the interior is layout and it's simply very well-built. While not a huge fan of the smiley face, the cx-9 does have a very shape and looked very sporty. It is also quite spacious inside. Not as spacious as a Pilot, but still not bad at all. Bluetooth for phone is also included for all trim.
Cons: The gas mileage is just average, but all the other cars in its class have similar number anyway. Also a common problem with most big SUV--rear visibility is limited by the 3rd row seats.
cx9 we love it.

Never having driven a Mazda I had reservations but they immediately went away. The vehicle is quiet, smooth, very well appointed and the fit and finish are better than my 2007 Camry. The drivetrain is quiet, smooth and powerful. The cabin is roomy. Even the 3rd row seats are comfy.

I was impressed with the style and appearance of the Mazda CX9 then I took it for a test drive. Wow I liked the handling and the comfort of the ride. The CX9 with the touring package gives you about all the features you could have in car. I do wish the display was more user friendly and could be programmed with other applications. I know in years to come that will be available. Overall I am impressed with the car. I took the car for it 30,000 checkout at the Mazda dealer. He told me that I got a very well maintained car and the previous owner took great care of the vehicle. I would be from Carmax again.
