Used 2008 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring for Sale
Reviews for 2008 Mazda CX-9
My Mazda cx-9
I am very happy with this car it does what it should for what it is.plenty on space, and having had the cx-7 I can tell you the power difference doesn't let down.it is an affordable car for those who need the space and can't quite bring themselves to buy a minivan.
nice 7 seater
so far this car has been an excellent purchase. i bought a cx-9 grand touring with just about everything on it. the ride is great, pretty comfortable, space is good and overall is a great car. i have a few issues with it though. 1. no info/setting system, no indication of gas mileage, miles to empty, oil change, no choice of how many locks unlock with smart key. (i had a 2005 nissan murano previously which got wrecked and along with navigation settings it has an info center allowing you to customize all these settings and more) 2. the keyless remote feels cheap and the style of remote you'd get from cheap electronics; something a bit more sturdy with precise buttons, i never know if ive pressed a button properly or not! again, see the murano remote, much better. 3. AUX capability!!!!! there is a little sticker inside the center console that says the aux input has been disabled due to the sirius sat radio...come on now mazda, thats a bit sneaky and cheap isnt it!!? i've read it'll be $175 to get some new hardware to get it usable again! overall, like i said its a great car. there are pros and cons between both the nissam murano and mazda cx-9 and i think it comes down to heritage. nissan has been up at the top for a while and has these previously mentioned cons sorted. mazda is up and coming; slowly building a more solid line of cars and it shows by their growth. if the cx-9 is supposed to rival other 7-seaters then there are plenty of refinements for them to work on. great effort for their first 7 seater suv and i'm sure it will only get better. love my cx-9, would recommend this car to anyone looking for a 7 seater with lots of bang for your buck.
I wasn't even looking for a Mazda when I bought this 2008 CX-9 AWD Touring. But, when my wife saw it on the lot she fell in love with it. I was skeptical until I drove it. Wow! It is basically an SUV/sports car. It's peppy, roomy, AWD, very safe, and luxurious. I have never dreamed of owning a Mazda but now I am a believer. This is a great family car. Very affordable to. Good MPG's as well. Would recommend to anyone. Zoom-Zoom!
