2007 Mazda CX-9Melodia - South Orange County, CA01/22/2012
We just purchased a 2007 Mazda CX-9 and we are thrilled! Our former car was a minivan and after years of bumpy, loud rides and ugly utilitarian styling, we are amazed that a car that seats 7 (6 comfortably) can be so comfortable and stylish. When I looked for the model based on reviews from various sources, I noticed there are not a lot out on the used car market. I can see why! I plan on keeping this car for a long time and I imagine others feel the same way. It is quiet, comfortable with a luxury car feel at a family car price. The mileage is fine for this size car. Folding the seats in the back is a breeze and makes for great cargo space. Rear seats have plenty of bells and whistles including a nice fold down cup holder between the seats. The only drawback is the lack of space to store snacks, etc. in the front as the between seat console is a bit tight. But that is a minor consideration and does not detract from a truly enjoyable experience.
Zoom, ZOOM CX-9...Love My Ride!
2008 Mazda CX-9Suzy "Q" - Wauchula, FL07/24/2010
My Madza CX-9 has provided an excellent ride for one or seven. The vehicle was advertised and sold with "navigation-ready"; but I was required to purchase the $199 DVD to use it. My model has the sun-roof, extra tinted windows, 20" tires with fancy alloy wheels, Mazda navigation, and the "blind-spot" technology indicators. All these features work to deliver a surperb 20+ mpg on regular gasoline experience. My daughter drives a mazda, I drive a mazda, and I recommend driving a mazda to all my friends and family. Zoom...Zoom...Great BANG for the buck!
Don't want a minivan, car, or truck - this is it!

Its a good 7 seater w/out being a minivan - its handles sporty.
