Transmission: Automatic Color:Blue Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.551 reviews) My wife and I owned a 2008 Mazda 3 for almost two years and were the sole owners of the vehicle. During the summer months the car ran great and got around just fine. Good handling and fun to drive a 5-speed. Only downfall we had with it was the A/C went out on it in the first year due to a computer glitch which was luckily still covered. The other downside was the car is so light weight that with the rapidly changing weather in the KCMO metropolitain area, often times the car had trouble getting around the city with the ice/snow. I guess you could have that problem with most small cars but just something specific we noticed with this one. Our last problem with the car was that it was too small for both my wife and I and a carseat in the back. Whichever seat the carseat was behind had to have their knees in the dash. So if you're kid-less or they're grown up enough to sit in the seat with a seatbelt, then no worries.

Great Car!

The car is GREAT: very comfortable, smooth drive, great in gas, silent, perfect size (not super big or super small), AC works amazing even with the hot weather, comfortable in the back seat, great brakes!!! What can I say...I am enjoying it a lotttt :)

Mazda 3

I was immediately drawn to the Mazda 3. To me, it beat out the competition in styling hands down. I love the way it looks. I have the Galaxy Gray and the color is awesome! The interior is black and I love the blue/red lighted panels, looks very neat. So far, it handles nicely, especially around curves and on flat, smooth pavement. It's not a very good car for bumpy, rough roads. The cab noise can be pretty loud. I have noticed that the carpeting is of very inferior quality after I got down vacuuming and such. It's extremely thin carpeting and the cheapest quality I have ever seen in a car. I like the cup holders in the doors. I have noticed a rattling noise in the dash in the front of the car, it's a little aggravating and the dealer can't find the problem. Overall though, I am very satisfied with the car. It looks so much better than the Corolla or Escort or even the Jetta. I wish they had a trunk pop on the keyless entry, and if the carpeting were of better quality I would be extremely satisfied. For the price though, I don't think you can beat the Mazda 3.
