2008 Mazda Mazda3Old Speedster - Tampa FL12/26/2008
This is my 5th Mazda and my first with "Speed" in the title. All of them have been extremely reliable, fun to drive, and economical. I've had my 2008 Speed 3 for six months and still look forward to every opportunity to drive it. I can't resist punching it whenever no one is in front of me at a light. 2nd and 3rd gears deliver a real wallop. Even the higher gears pull hard. I previously owned a 2000 Mustang GT with $10 grand of mods so I am somewhat jaded with regard to performance, but I was still blown away during the test drive which convinced me that I had to have it.

2006 Mazda Mazda3Blasto - San Diego02/02/2008
We bought the protoge5 in 2004. We drove it for 4 years and are going to give it to our son, we loved it. Great gas milage but kinda of a go cart ride. We drove the mazda3 and loved the way it handles and drives. The 5 speed auto with sporttronic shifting was the kicker. We drove the new mitsubishi lancer gts. A very nice and modern car, but the drive and acerleration was not near the mazda. Drove the new eclipse, loved the look but not the manueverablity. It would be tuffer to park and backup then the 3. All in all the mazda3 is a great upgrade for us!

2006 Mazda Mazda3California Girl - San Diego, CA03/13/2007
I have had my 2006 Mazda 3s for 30 days now and could not be happier. It does not take much to reach 65 on the highway and handles very well. I love the interior space and leather seats. The gas milage is good considering gas is at $3.00 a gallon. A tank of gas lasts about a week (325 miles) and I like the 6 cd player sound system. This car has about 90% of the features I was looking for and I was very excited that I found it.
