Nice family vehicle

2007 Mazda Mazda5 Alca590 - Dallas, TX 05/26/2009

I been very impressed with the way this vehicle handles. Its only a 4 cylinder, but is sure does not fell like it. Great on gas milage, pleanty of cargo space, especially with being able to lay the back seats down for more cargo room. Very happy with this purchase. Perfect vehicle for a family of 4. Has enough room to seat 6 very compfortably.

2007 Mazda Mazda5 pjmmlm - Houston, TX 09/28/2009

The car is great so far. Spacious and comfortable. Has great pickup, even for a 4 cylinder engine. The body is stylish and the handling is very responsive. Overall, we really enjoy the vehicle.

Mazda5 review

2007 Mazda Mazda5 Amy - Palm Coast, FL 08/16/2010

This car was a step up from my previous SUV. There was much more room (when the 3rd row was down) and I love the fact that it has captain seats for the middle row. I was very happy that this family oriented car came with (at least the model I purchased) had a built in DVD player. The amount of leg room is superior to any other car or small SUV that I have driven. It has handled VERY well when driving on slightly wet roads all the way up to heavy rain. I would make a few improvements if I could. *The first change I would make would be to give the middle seats armrests on both sides of the seat. *The second would be to include keyless start/pushbutton start so families with small children would not have to find keys to get in and get going. (this was a feature on a previous car and I became spoiled) *I would also include air vents for the third row. *There is a shortage of outlets in the vehicle, We only have one on our dashboard so when we need to charge more than one item we are out of luck. *I would have an AUX output on the radio for IPODs *I would add Bluetooth. *One final change I would make would be to make the seats little more of a generic shape. finding accesories to fit (seat covers) has been a pain since they are very particular to the car and really the only option is to go with expensive custom fit covers. Overall I really love this car. It is big enough to handle what I need it to handle but small enough to be more fuel efficient than most SUVs or minivans. The size is a very positive aspect of the car. I do not have to worrry about finding parking spaces big enough and with the back sliding doors I LOVE not having to worry about accidently bumping another car door when putting my daughter in her carseat.
