Used 2010 Mazda Mazda5 Grand Touring in Dulles, VA for Sale
Reviews for 2010 Mazda Mazda5
I always wanted a red car but not just any red car. A red car that would be reliable, safe, economical and fun to drive. That's exactly what I got in this 2009 Mazda5. Wee haw.
We love this car!
We love the mileage, the comfort and the size.
Nothing in the US compares
This is our second Mazda5. There is really no competition in the US for this vehicle. There are no other "minivans" in the US market anymore. Everything else is really just a van or SUV. The only thing close are some of the crossovers, but none of them have a third row option. My wife and I love the looks, handling, versitility/utility and safety. (The first one was totaled when it was torpedoed by a guy coming off a highway exit ramp at 60+ MPH) My wife was driving and came though with no injuries. The entire drivers side from the front bumper to the rear wheel sustained damage, but the passenger space remained intact and the airbags did their jobs. We first bought a Mazda5 when my wife needed to haul her products from her business to the various markets around the area. She was becoming quite discouraged by the high price and unsatisfying driving experience from the various vans and SUVs we tested. Then she found a Mazda5 sport with a manual transmission on the lot. It was love at first drive. Plenty of power and fun rowing the gears. (Yes, it does just fine fully loaded from floor to ceiling and front to back with product and/or passengers.) No trouble with city or highway driving, and we get better gas mileage than any van or SUV we looked at. Speaking of manual transmissions. The Mazda5 is the only vehicle of its type that has one. So, we were thrilled when we discovered this. (My wife and I both love manual transmissions.) The major knocks I see on reviews are power, space, and lack of features. Well, all I can say is good luck finding a vehicle that has more power, space, and features for the Mazda5's price. Just like any vehicle, you have to determine what works for you and see if you are willing to pay the price. For my wife and I, choosing the Mazda5 was a no-brainer. We would do it again in a heartbeat.
