This is my second Miata. Not sure you can beat this little roadster for good ole fun on the road. My first Miata was a 1990....I really loved that car but Mazda has really done a fine job on this new design...more leg and head room, more powerful engine, more room in the trunk...and you can put the rag top down with one hand in 10 seconds! Check out what the experts say about this car's reliability and agility...and it's affordable!
We purchased the Miata to experience a topless summer. The fabulous clean lines and European styling look stunning, but don't underestimate how small this car is! If they made a human shoe horn, you would need to purchase it as an accessory to this car, but the power this car uses to push itself around will blow you away! You get pushed back in your seat every time the accelerator gets touched, with a mix between a roar and a purr of the small, but more than adequate motor. I have never had a car that handled so well. The steering is split second responsive and gives the driver confidence on any curve at any speed (within reason! be safe out there!) Put the top down and prepare to turn heads! We love it!
Just want to give credit to Mazda for building a wonderfully invigorating little car. My wife and I are having a lot of fun zipping around with it. It was difficult to drive for the first few days since I hadn't owned a stickshift since '97, but the more I drive it, the better the experience gets.
