My other car is a Lincoln MKS. Unless I'm going on a long trip I always drive the Miata. I have a 2011 GT PRHT and I haven't had this much fun driving in years. The Miata is responsive to the accelerator, steering, and brakes and with the wind in my hair it always makes me feel like I am in my 20's again. I'd buy another Miata in a heart beat.

2003 Miata - Even More Fun than a Mini(van)

Before purchasing this car, I checked out all makes of Miatas, Mini Coopers and Honda B2000s. I found that the Miata provided the best quality track record and fun performance for the best overall price. The only drawback is the lack of storage space. So, you can't have all the kids ride with you - Oh well!

Great little sports car

Fun to drive, good fuel economy, reliable. This is my second Miata, they make great commuter cars as well as fun weekend toys - they're reliable, the handling is great, and the look good. They are smaller than a typical sedan, so they don't have a lot of interior space or luggage space. Obviously, you should make sure you fit comfortably and can see out of it before buying. Similarly if you have to haul kids around, or a lot of parcels every day, then a two seat roadster might not be the right car for you. Fuel economy is pretty good, I'm getting mid-20's to low 30's depending on how much town and open road driving I'm doing. It's not the highest mpg rating but it's pretty good for a sports car.
