Rides very smooth and engine power is more than adequate for day to day driving. I was surprised at how well the car maneuvers and corners considering it's footprint (this is a long car to park). Fuel economy on the highway is spot on and this car is made to cruise with four full size adults in it. Fuel economy in the city suffers the more you have to run through the gears in city traffic. Not bad by any means but expect closer to 21-22 mpg in the city not the advertised 25/26. My only real complaint with the car are the 19" tires. The tires Mazda puts on this car do not last long and expect to take a huge hit in the wallet to replace.

The car drives very smoothly and you hardly notice any potholes you may encounter. Because of how smooth it drives and also, for how comforting it is to feel extremely safe are two of the biggest things my girlfriend loves about this vehicle. Grant it, she loves that the passenger seat reclines all the way back, but she has said that when we do have kids, she would love to get a Mazda SUV instead of becoming a mom with a minivan or a mom with a truck that may lack room. The technology throughout the vehicle is also amazing. It is definitely a huge upgrade from the last car I have had!

They are smaller than a typical sedan, so they don't have a lot of interior space or luggage space. Obviously, you should make sure you fit comfortably and can see out of it before buying. Similarly if you have to haul kids around, or a lot of parcels every day, then a two seat roadster might not be the right car for you. Fuel economy is pretty good, I'm getting mid-20's to low 30's depending on how much town and open road driving I'm doing. It's not the highest mpg rating but it's pretty good for a sports car.

Great little sports car

Fun to drive, good fuel economy, reliable. This is my second Miata, they make great commuter cars as well as fun weekend toys - they're reliable, the handling is great, and the look good. They are smaller than a typical sedan, so they don't have a lot of interior space or luggage space. Obviously, you should make sure you fit comfortably and can see out of it before buying. Similarly if you have to haul kids around, or a lot of parcels every day, then a two seat roadster might not be the right car for you. Very nice ride!

I love it so much, my girlfriend wants one now!!!
