Had wheel alignment problems that could only be corrected at a certified Benz dealer. Also developed an annoying rattle coming from Dashboard that quickly developed after 30 day period. Unable to figure it out. Probably why the car was available in the first place.
Great luxury car - gadgets could improve
2015 Mercedes-Benz C300Alejandro Parilli - Redondo Beach, CA05/19/2016
It's an awesome car, don't take me wrong. It accelerates very well for 4 Cyl car, the agility option to select sport+ makes it a very aggressive drive, love it. It drives really nice and comfortable... And it's a car that represents you well, same look as other higher end Mercedes. The interior is very well done and luxurious...
The only downside I have is: the display screen for the radio, media, settings, etc... Is NOT touchscreen, that is the only reason I dropped one star from the rating. It's a 5 star car, but the media interaction with the driver relying on a knob or touch pad, instead of touch screen, is behind other make/model technology. I hope there is a way to upgrade at some point.
Worst decision ever by buying a Mercedes at Carmax
I would not recommend this car. Two months after purchase, the car left me stranded. Turns out, the EIS sensor in the steering column went out. I had the car towed to a Mercedes Dealer, and had to pay $1300 to replace the sensor.
Now, 14 months after the purchase, another sensor goes out, and it is related to Safety Restraint System. It will cost between $2200 to replace.
Worst decision ever.
