Worth the Price.

I traded in a newer pickup for this used car looking for better gas mileage but wanted AWD for safety in Colorado winters. I got it, sometimes 30 MPG. This car is what I would consider way above what is necessary, but WOW, what a car. Power, Style, Performance, Luxury. It Turns heads. I have now driven it in 3 or 4 decent snow storms and it sticks to the roads, even better than an Audi Q5.

Amazing car at a great price

Before I purchased the car I researched what cars for what years had the best safety rating between the years 2009-2014. The 2011 E350 ranked at the top. The car has exceeded my expectations. It only had 18,000 miles on it when I purchased it. The ride is very smooth even at high speeds. My wife and I drove roundtrip to Santa Fe, New Mexico. It was wonderful. The bluetooth system works flawlessly,--which is very important to me. Next to the citroen DS21, it is the most comfortable car I've ever driven. MB has thought of everything. The leg space front and back is very good. (I'm 6' and our son is 6'4". The sound and braking systems are outstanding.

2008 M-B E350 wagon

This car makes so much more sense than a SUV. It holds 5 comfortably and 7 if you use the rear-facing folding seats in the 3rd row. It rides and drives just like a sedan. You can barely tell it's a 4matic, but it will go well in the snow. The rear cargo is cavernous. We filled it with suitcases, fishing gear, computer gear, etc. and still had room for the 2 dogs to rid comfortably. It has a lot of unnecessary electronic gadgetry that can and will cause maintenance problems so I would strongly suggest a good warranty program after the M-B program expires. Examples: rear power door latch replaced, folding seat sensor that controls movement of the front seat during folding had to be replaced, steering sensor had to be replaced because ESP was inoperative and that caused to cruise control not to work. All this occurred after just 24K miles. When everything works it's a lovely car with lots of room. I'm 6'4" and 250# and I am be very comfortable on high speed non-stop 6 hour trips. Mileage is OK @ about 25mpg overall. The additional 300cc increase over my earlier E320 is a welcome addition. Much more responsive than the E320.
