Used Mercury Grand Marquis in Dulles, VA for Sale
Reviews for Mercury Grand Marquis
Great replacement car
I had a 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis with 205K miles on it which was still running fine. The 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis had less than 61K miles. Based on the reliability of the previous car, I felt the 2003 Mercury would last me for many years to come.
Yes, the Grand Marquis is antiquated. It is too big, too heavy, and lacks the latest gizmos and features. But it is because of this and in spite of this that I chose it. The v-8 has plenty of power and fuel economy is far better than any full sized SUV. The sedan seats 6. Not too many cars can boast that these days. And the ride? It is the perfect road trip car. Yes, My grandpa had this car. Heck, My great aunt STILL drives a Grand Marquis and has had several for the past 24 years. Even Daddy drove one. Why? they are comfortable reliable reasonably fast and big. They work!
dreams come true
I owned the mercury grand marquis for 2 years. during that time i was very happy with this car overall, it was by far the best car i have ever owned. It was very spacious and comfortable but at the same time it had the needed power for the highway. The posted gas mileage is very modest i noticed my mercury got at least 27 mpg on every road trip, and being in the army my family and i took a lot of road trips. Eventually i ended up having a head on collision in my mercury with three passengers inside. No one was hurt at all. I am currently deployed but as soon as i come back home i want nothing other than a mercury grand marquis or lincoln town car. They are every thing i would want in a car, my dream car.
