2009 Mercury Grand MarquisBill Ott - Bonita Springs, FL06/02/2016
I owned a 2002 Grand Marquis for ten years, and it was the most dependable vehicle I've ever owned. I personally drove the 02 for 135k miles. It was getting a little tired so I purchased the 09 in Jan. 2016. This, too is a great looking, great driving vehicle. Unfortunately this vehicle is no longer in production or I would definetly get another one.
Sad to see her go!!!

I've owned my Grande Marquis for 10 years. The only reason I'm considering trading her in is because I've found a 2006 model with 9,000 miles. If you maintain this vehicle it will stay out of the shop. I replaced the battery at year 5, the tires at year 4, and three spark plug coils. With regular oil changes we avoid the mechanic pretty well. Not a fan of high riding SUVs, but I love a big low ride!! This car is an ideal vehicle. I will be trading mine in at 87,000 but I'm positive she has another 87,000 in her.
Grand Marquis a bargain

I recently purchased my second Grand Marquis and it has not disappointed. This car reminds me of the Chevy Impala from the 1970s. It had a V8 with plenty of pickup, roomy, comfortable, and it was a work horse. I am 6'4" tall and the leg room is fantastic. It rides very smoothly on the highway.
If you're looking for a no nonsense, dependable auto with plenty of room for people over 6 feet tall, the Mercury Grand Marquis fits the bill.
There’s something about a car that goes vroom that can’t be beat. When you’re sitting behind the wheel of a powerful car, your heart races and your mind wanders to all the places you can go. There are plenty of used cars out there that deliver high horsepower for low prices.
