Milan Premiere V-6

2006 Mercury Milan Material Girl - Windsor Mill, MD 03/06/2009

I've had my car for a little over 1 month. It rides like a dream, very smooth and comfortable. Coming from a V-8 one of my main concerns with this car is that when I'm on the highway and need to speed up and pass it's seems to lag with not much pick-up at all. But if this isn't a concern to you then you should be satisfied. The interior of this car is beautiful it looks expensive (not really feeling the analog clock though would prefer digital) The gas consumption seems to fluctuate between 20-28 mpg highway I really haven't done much city driving yet to say. The sound system I'll probably replace with an infinity sound system, because when I'm listening to music with alot of bass the speakers in the back tend to rattle and sound like their blown.I took it to the dealer they confirmed they weren't blown and stated that this was normal, but it drives me nuts. I recieve many compliments and stares, it's really roomy too. I never thought I would own a Mercury only because they seem to be for much older people, but this car is Jazzy and Young. I have it in the vivid red which is stunning. I love that the sun roof is one touch, and the heated seats seems to even heat your back as well. I would recommend this car to anyone on a budget or not that want an expensive looking reliable car without the price.

Mecury Milan

2008 Mercury Milan Mcky - Richmond VA 12/21/2010

Everything is tight and the finish is fantastic. Ride is great; engine is great. If you are 5'10" or shorter, this car is for you. If you are any taller than 5'10" you CANNOT get a sunroof. You simply will not fit. I am 6' and there is no configuration short of "laying back" in the chair that will prevent me from having to duck while driving. It's not a matter of hitting your head on the roof when there's a bump; it's a matter of simply not being able to hold you head up at all on smooth roads. Highly annoying. If you get the navigation system, the SYNC will not perform the USB commands (which are those cool voice activated features for playing your ipod and phone) that are advertised on TV.
