2003 Mercury MountaineerNugy - Los Angeles10/11/2007
I love the way this truck's looks and it rides very well with quite a good amount of power. Gas mileage is fair about 14-15 mpg city. The issue I have had with it is repairs etc. It has logged over 300 hours in the shop. Two complete engines later it still runs poorly on cold start ups and leaks oil. This was the last chance I was giving the American cars. I will buy foreign for my next purchase.
Very Good Value!
2010 Mercury Grand MarquisChuck - El Toro, CA03/01/2015
I owned this specific car (6PJJ 743) and drove it on three round-trips to eastern Tennessee. It eats up the miles effortlessly and will cruise all day at 70 MPH with no strain and returns very good fuel economy considering its' size and the huge amount of belongings I carried. The after-market dual exhaust system that I added helps the fuel economy. It actually feels like a smaller car in city driving and maneuvers into parking spaces easily. Dollar for dollar, it is a very good value. The reason I sold this car is that I own another Grand Marquis and did not need this one

This will be the third, and apparently last, Grand Marquis I will own. I appreciate larger cars and V-8 engines. I've owned the car for all of two days and can see that it stacks up well against the other two Mercurys.
