Reviews for Mercury
I've purchased a 2005 Mountaineer after running a 1996 Explorer to the ground. I've driven on many other vehicles from many trips and was surprised about how nice the Mountaineer drives. It's loaded with many neat features like sensor to warn what you're backing into and a 6 CD changer. The AWD was great in the blizzard of 2010. My Honda Minivan is a great family vehicle but the Mountaineer is what the family hops into when we want to go for a fun drive. The only gripe is the gas mileage - it is as bad as the 96 Explorer.
THE GRAND MARQUIS A Comforting Cradle
The ride of this car can not be beat. Such comfort you can't imagine unless you ride in one. It is a big and spacious car. I love it. I just wish this car had leather seats. It size might make you afraid of gas milage but remember this a a Flexfuel car taking the least expensive fuel on the market!
Luxury Feel at a reasonable price!
This car feels huge inside but still has a nice intermediate sedan sizing. I've always owned imports, admittedly this is my first american made car and I LOVE the extra space it provides. The engine has plenty of "GO" power but it's still a nice smooth and quiet ride. The rims are GORGEOUS! The leather is FANTASTIC! I love the heated seats (we call it the tooshie toaster). Great sound on the speakers and the rear parking assistant is awesome! I adore it!
