Transmission: Automatic Color:Silver Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.333 reviews) Rides very well and has many nice features that newer cars have cut. I get about 21 MPG on mix of city and some rural driving, not too bad. The 4L engine is adequate, but noticeable difference to my previous big engine Mountaineer. Overall I am happy with it.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Blue Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.571 reviews) very comfortable and handles beautifully.. I have a 1996 Grand Marquis that is still going strong. This car is even smarter then me (which doesn't take much) Told me when the windshield washer fluid was running low. Now it's letting me know that it's time to get the oil changed. I love this car.. Hope to have it for 20 years.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Gold Interior Color: Tan Average Vehicle Review: (4.75 reviews) I owned a 2002 Grand Marquis for ten years, and it was the most dependable vehicle I've ever owned. I personally drove the 02 for 135k miles. It was getting a little tired so I purchased the 09 in Jan. 2016. This, too is a great looking, great driving vehicle. Unfortunately this vehicle is no longer in production or I would definetly get another one.

Great full size SUV

Rides very well and has many nice features that newer cars have cut. I get about 21 MPG on mix of city and some rural driving, not too bad. The 4L engine is adequate, but noticeable difference to my previous big engine Mountaineer. Overall I am happy with it.

2008 Mercury Mountaineer

I bought the V8 model used with 36K miles. It is spaceous, comfortable and has plenty of power. I have towed heavy machenery with no issues. I am averaging 14-15 miles per gallon city and 18-19 highway. The third set of seat comes in handy but when down, the back cargo space provides plenty of room.

Very Good Value!

I owned this specific car (6PJJ 743) and drove it on three round-trips to eastern Tennessee. It eats up the miles effortlessly and will cruise all day at 70 MPH with no strain and returns very good fuel economy considering its' size and the huge amount of belongings I carried. The after-market dual exhaust system that I added helps the fuel economy. It actually feels like a smaller car in city driving and maneuvers into parking spaces easily. Dollar for dollar, it is a very good value. The reason I sold this car is that I own another Grand Marquis and did not need this one
