Description: Used 2009 Mercury Milan Premier for sale - $8,899, 67,954 miles with Leather Seats, Sunroof(s), Front Seat Heaters, Cruise Control, Auxiliary Audio Input, Alloy Wheels
Transmission: Automatic Color:Blue Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.571 reviews) This is a very satisfying SUV except for the typical-of-the-class issue of less-than-great gas mileage (15-19, city-Hwy). I previously had a 1999 Eddie Bauer Explorer that also had V8 with fulltime AWD. I love the power and FTAWD but the suspension on this Mountaneer is so much more comfortable than that of the explorer. Yeah, it still feels like a truck but it's comfortable enough that I'm considering selling my car and driving it all the time. BTW, I purposely bought a model with cloth interior because I'm not crazy about leather and frankly, at least in cloth the seats on this model are more comfortable than those in the newer body style 2002-06.

Transmission: Automatic Color:Gold Interior Color: Tan Average Vehicle Review: (4.75 reviews) I purchased my Marquis used with 100,000 miles already on it and used it for visiting job sites and carrying stuff around including people. The 1996 edition was huge and would easily carry 6 people and 2 chop saws in the trunk. I called this car my energizer bunny car. I put it through the worst conditions and it still cleaned up nice to go to Church on Sunday. I drove it until it had 350,000 miles on it and the only reason I sold it is because I was moving 800 miles away and needed something a little more dependable. Biggest mistake I ever made. The car had virtually no major repairs, the driver door had to be adjusted, and the head gasket leaked a little water for 2 years, as long as I put a little extra antifreeze in it each month, no problems! As a single mom with 2 kids in college, this was the best investment I ever made for myself. I wish I still had it!

2008 Mercury Mountaineer

I bought the V8 model used with 36K miles. It is spaceous, comfortable and has plenty of power. I have towed heavy machenery with no issues. I am averaging 14-15 miles per gallon city and 18-19 highway. The third set of seat comes in handy but when down, the back cargo space provides plenty of room.
