Sure, it's a small car. It looks different. But that's what makes a Mini so memorable. It doesn't have a lot of space but more than enough for a couple of weekend bags and a few cases of wine. Its engine won't out-muscle the monsters from Detroit but do you really want to base your own performance and identity on something so...inflated?
Borrowed from the Brits and born of a unique engine, the Mini is a sensible car with a growing following of loyal supporters. It drives like a go-kart and when was the last time someone was miserable after driving one of those? Exceptional handling, better-than-average gas mileage, and a style that defies most labels, this is a car for the individual.
Great car at a fair price

I started looking on the website and found a car I was interested in and appeared to fit all my needs. The next day I went over and told the salesperson which car I was interested in seeing. After a test drive I decided to purchase this car. Since then I have been very pleased with it and have not encountered any problems.
MINI Cooper Overview
The MINI Cooper is one of the most iconic nameplates in the world. The three-door hatchback is extremely recognizable, and was the first MINI Cooper offered in a redesigned generation in 2014. With excellent handling and surprising acceleration capabilities, the MINI Cooper is a sharp car that maneuvers well and lives up to its reputation.
MINI Cooper History
The original MINI was released in the 1960s as a subcompact coupe. It gained popularity as an affordable, stylish, and easy-to-park vehicle. After a lengthy break, it was revived in 2002 under new ownership as a hatchback. The convertible version of the MINI Cooper arrived in 2005 and stopped production in 2008, right after the second generation was introduced. Since its revival, the MINI brand has expanded from its three-door hatchback original to encompass a five-door hatchback and a convertible.
How It Drives
All Cooper trim levels have a surprising amount of power. Additionally, fuel economy is great, even on higher-level trims that drive with more horsepower than expected out of such a compact car. While the lightweight frame allows for a maneuverable ride and operates best on smooth highways, but the cabin does not block out sound well. The upholstery, on the other hand, receives universal acclaim. Seats are built with a combination of black leather and high-quality fabric.
Used MINI Cooper Value
True to its nameplate, the various MINI models compete with different small cars. The car has a memorable personality thanks to its heritage, design notes, quick steering, and engineering. Modern versions perform well and are fuel efficient. Additionally, though the cabin is small, it can be customized to fit a lot of features.
MINI Cooper Standard Features
The recent generation of the MINI Cooper comes in 2 trims in addition to its base model: Cooper S and John Cooper Works (JCW). Each, including the base model, is available as a two-door coupe or a convertible. Each trim level comes with a six-speed manual by default, though the Cooper S and base model can swap the manual for a six-speed automatic transmission. The base model has a 1.6L four-cylinder which has a surprising amount of power. Anyone demanding more agility can look to the Cooper S or the JCW, which each support much more horsepower. Beyond that, recent models of the MINI Coopers are highly customizable with long list of optional features including Bluetooth connectivity, keyless ignition and entry, sunroofs, and navigation systems.
