2011 Mitsubishi EclipseDiego Bello - Atlanta, GA01/11/2017
It looks awesome. The sunset pearlscent (orange) color is gorgeous.
I have the GS Sport version, 2.4L engine, and has enough power IMHO.
If you are thinking about getting one, go ahead and do it :)
Note that the cabin is noisy compared to other cars but that can be improved with an isolation kit. It's on my to do list.
Ride is a little bumpy on high way. gas mileage is alright. its sleek and sexy. the storage is a bit non existent and compartments on the doors are useless because of size. Cain is roomy and even the backseat is not bad. Trunk is small. Other than that, i like my car...a lot. wouldnt say "love"yet.
2006 Mitsubishi Eclipseenzo ferrari - wichita,ks.01/09/2010
first thing you should know is that this eclipse wasn't my first choice of vehicles, i wanted a charger but could not afford one, so i bought this car mainly because i thought it was quite beautiful.
the first time i drove it i knew i made the right choice, for only being a four cylinder this car was very peppy, its one of the most "fun" cars I've ever driven, and when my friends saw it they fell in love with it beauty. my eclipse is painted "sunset" metallic orange and has a billet grill, which is the only custom accessory on it, besides the alpine stereo, which is great, but not as impressive as the stock rockford fosgate 6 disc stereo that they replaced.
my friend noticed that the tires were brand new ( still had orange stripe in the tread),and I'm amazed at the fact that after one week of driving i still have 3/4 tank of gas left. to get beauty and fuel efficiency all in one car is awesome.
to sum up my thoughts the 2006 mitsubishi eclipse is a great car and a fun everyday driver.
While the last Mitsubishi Eclipse rolled off of the production line several years ago, you can still find this sleek and iconic little sports coupe in the market today. Americans enjoyed a 20-plus year love affair with this fun Japanese car and its powerful engines, sleek styling, and affordability.
