This is the first car i have owned, I had a truck before, and I am nothing less than thrilled. The Lancer has a mean, sexy look and can be modded many different ways. The car handles like a dream and has the magnesium(dunno if i spelled that right) paddle shifters if you choose to drive it in what I call semi-manual mode. It may not be the fastest ride out there but there is space to put in a turbo and there are many decently priced performance mods out there. There is an in dash nav, and a Rockford Fostgate sound system with a bangin' 10 inch sub stock in the trunk. The inside is roomy and it has a sun roof that opens fairy wide. All in all this care is a wonderful daily driver and a great car for anyone who is into modding cars. I definitely recommend this car to anyone.

This car has a CVT. It will drift back, while in drive, on an incline. Acceleration from standing is delayed. Rapid highway acceleration can seem like being in a slingshot. Sometimes the automatic "shifting" feels unusual/out of synch.
I would NOT recommend any CVT equipped vehicle for stop/go commuting or around town. For highway travel out of traffic, it's good. Personally, I'll stick to fully geared transmissions.

I have had the Ralliart for over 2 years now. The AWD is great for winter driving and car has plenty of power stock. Lot's of aftermarket parts and with a proper tune can beat a stock EVO. Maintenance can be a little expensive, so please do your research to make sure you can afford the proper upkeep. I had a great experience with Carmax and the whole car buying experience was a breeze.
