2010 Mitsubishi OutlanderHiker Woman - Los Angeles03/14/2012
I didn't come to CarMax expecting to buy this car but I was hooked once I drove it. It handles well and has lots of get up and go! I enjoy it whether I'm driving to the grocery store or taking it to our second office location 58 miles each way.
I wish that there was a little more storage space. A friend just bought a Prius V which has surprising amount of storage in less room. The only other negative is the gas mileage.
From the power windows and doors to the sunroof and DVD player, this little baby has got it all! I saw it on a Thursday and bought on that Monday. Low miles. Great features. I had to have it. The car rides smooth, and the seats are comfortable. They really keep you seated when you have to give the gas pedal a nudge. I love the sunroof, I even crack it a little although its November just to get some air flow. Car is spacious, according to my passengers. I have yet to take a long trip with the car packed, but I'm sure it will do fine. Gas mileage is great. There are also a ton of places to store items in the cabin. In the console under the arm rest, in the dash, and in both the upper & lower glove boxes. Storage in back is sparse, but I used to have a pickup where I needed to keep cords, tools etc. in the bed. Too many positives about this car to name.
Bottom Line: Go test drive one today. I will repeat what another reviewer said that hooked me, "Best kept secret in cars!"
I love this car! It has so much to offer, from a navigation system to 7 passenger seating. I went from a car to the SUV concerned with how much gas I would go through, but to my surprise the Outlander is pretty fuel efficient. I love this car and am so pleased that I chose Mitsubisi
