2014 Mitsubishi OutlanderK - San Diego, CA11/26/2014
Transmission is loud. Idle with air conditioner is super loud. Drivers seat squeaks and moves when you accelerate or brake. Drivers manual isn't clear on certain things. Programming and switches weren't thought out well. Can simply mute audio. Bluetooth calls delay to come on in car until person answers and then you are both saying "hello" 10 times before hearing each other.
This is a very good car for the price. Aside from some minor tweaks and hiccups here and there, it has been mostly trouble free. I bought it in 2010 to replace my aging Outback. I was looking for a 4wd with bluetooth hands-free system. The car came with that and son much more. High-end stereo, sunroof, navigation system, leather interior, this puppy is loaded. I hadn't had to make car payments years and I didn't want to be saddled with a new, large car note. I purchased this 3-yr-old vehicle with 25K miles for 25K including the extended warranty. I've never regretted that move. This car gets surprising good gas milage for a V-6 and it has neck-snapping acceleration.
Bought the car a little over a month ago and now have 75000 miles on it. I really like the new design, the fact that it comes standard with 3 rows of seats. The interior isn't flashy but it doesn't seem like cheap plastic either. I like the radio, 8 inch wheels, heated seats, integrated blue tooth, fog lights ect. and all the other options for the price over competing SUV's.
