Transmission: Manual 6 Speed Color:Silver Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.897 reviews) I absolutely love my Z. I have had her for a year, and she is still a dream to drive like when I drove her off the lot. The handling is very good, and for a sports car the gas mileage is not half bad. Kills the Mustang 5.0 I used to drive. Its very comfortable and looks great! ATTENTION GRABBER!

370Z auto with manual paddle option

I am 6-2, large and had adequate head room. Seats were a bit narrow for mine with the very firm seat pan side pads placed too close together for my thighs. Other than that the car fit well with adequate visability and was easy for entry/exit. The ride was sport-firm but surprisingly supple over road repair patches. I tried to get the car to show me the shock it would transmit to the driver but there was no surface that it did not smooth out. Handling was precise in traffic, with no body lean thru turns and curves. I could not come close to getting it to slide, oversteer or understeer but this was more a factor of the roads available and traffic conditions. In every day commute situations one would be hard pressed to make the car misbehave. Acceleration was what you would expect of a 332 hp sportscar, except that that was no drama on launch; the car just quietly pressed you back into your seat, as the traffic fell away behind. The well placed and easy to use paddle shifters had however significant delay in producing up shifts, about a second, and a little longer for downshifts. The car's throttle blipped automatically for downshifts. In automatic mode the shifts were smooth and well spaced for the power band of the engine. Overall the car was quick with precise handling, but the manual transmission feel is not replaced with paddle shifters, though they can be entertaining. The coupe' car's lines and sensual curved, smoothed and rounded styling to me is absolutely beautiful and is equally compelling in the convertible version but for different reasons. To me the interior dash is a bit busy looking, but is probably right on target for it's demographic. The 370Z is a powerful and precise sportscar. It's capabilities will be tested fully only by a very few drivers (you know who you are), and puts expert-level equipment within reach of more people. This can only be good.

2009 370 Z Review

This car is everything I thought it would be. Stylish and fun to drive. I was concerned about how painful the gas mileage would be BUT I am averaging 26-28 mpg. My only complaint (a small one) is the fact that you can not open the rear hatch via the key fob. Highly recommend this car to anyone.
