Used Nissan Altima S black exterior with Rear Spoiler for Sale
Reviews for Nissan Altima
Wheel lock failure
Do not purchase this car. It has a steering lock failure that will cost you around $1000 to fix and will leave you stranded. When Nissan made the car they knew it was going to have this problem because they put it in the owners manual under Instruments and controls 2-13. I am currently fighting with Nissan to reimburse me for the expenses that it has cost me to get my car working again. I bought this car in hopes of having a reliable vehicle but it left me stranded as well as hundreds of other people as I researched this issue more on the internet.
This Altima has plenty of room and power. It's deceptively quick. Definitely a "sleeper ". Great performance and handling. Smooth engine and transmission. I was originally going to buy an Infiniti G37, but after a test drive I decided to go with the larger Altima. It has more interior room and looks very sporty. Even though it's rated at 270 horsepower(vs 328 in the G37) it's just as quick. The only thing that I don't like so far are the cheap Nexen all-season tires it came with. They are good for normal driving, but definitely not great for the performance this car has.
Sporty yet practical car to own.
It has been trouble free and it is fun to drive. My previous car was a Crossfire, so it is a step downward in the fun department but it is a good compromise between fun an practical. It has a decent trunk, full size spare, and plenty of power with the 3.5 engine. The CVT transmission is very responsive, but not as fun as a six speed stick. I am not a front wheel drive kind of guy, but I must admit it is a real advantage in the snow and ice..
