Reviews for 2012 Nissan Armada
The Armada Rocks!!
I am completely satisfied with my new 2012 Nissan Armada. It has all of the features that I want and more. The space that this vehicle offers is amazing. You can easily carry a family of 7 or 8. It's very comfortable, and you get a lot of bang for your buck. When compared to the Toyota Sequoia and the Dodge Durango, this automobile easily surpasses. I am in love with this vehicle, and I don't have a desire for anything else.
Best SUV for the features
I compared the Armada, Chevy Tahoe and Ford Expedition. I needed a large SUV to carry my family of 5 plus occasional friends. This meant using the 3rd row was very important. Hands down the Armada's 3rd row is easier to access. With a simple pull on a latch, the 2nd row seat slides forward and tilts out of the way. 3rd row comfort and legroom was also the best. In both the Tahoe and Expedition your feet sit up high and it feels like your knees are in your face. Now for the times I need more cargo space, the Armada was again the best. There is more room behind the 3rd row for things like groceries and luggage. If you need a bigger space the 3rd row easily folds completely flat. The Tahoe was the worst. The seats only folded up and you had to physically remove the 60lb seats out of the vehicle. Driveability was also far better in the Armada. It felt more nimble and handled better than the others. The Tahoe and Expedition both felt like a boat going down the road. The Armada was definitely a sportier drive. The Armada had plenty of power and loads of torque. A gradual push on the accelerator and you felt it. With the Tahoe & Expedition you had to floor it and get a hard down shift before the power kicked in. The only drawback I found in the Armada was gas mileage ratings. It was rated 1 or 2 MPG less than the competition. But I will say this, after checking actual MPG over 2,000 miles I found the Armada always meet and sometimes exceeded the rated MPG. I wonder what the real driving MPG is on the others. And lastly, with the price of the Armada being less than the competition you'll easily spend less overall even if you do spend a few more bucks on gas.
