I owened a chevy silverado and for a single woman that was just to much truck and took up to much space and huge footprint on this earth...totally unnecessary in my book for this planet unless it is being used as a work truck..but my nissan much smaller and compact but still roomy enough for a man or woman and can be used for hauling..;.already made so many trips moving friends, dump trips, building materials...so yes if every family needs a truck do yourself a favor get one like this...has a good size engine but doesn't drink fuel like the big models, can fit four people if necessary nice computer blue tooth easy to navigate even for someone not so computer savy ...the handsfree speaker that hooks phone up always connects your phone....
2012 Nissan FrontierMike - Kansas City, MO09/09/2014
I purchased the truck primarily for it's towing capacity. I bought a new 30ft travel trailer weighing almost 6000 lbs. The Frontier was the perfect choice. Options with a greater towing capacity were several thousands more. The Frontier offered all the upgrades/options I was looking for without the higher pricetag.
Sun Visor allows sun through on left side of windshield. Terrible design and dangerous. Transmission slips and thuds occasionally. In fact just infrequent enough that the Nissan dealership can't seem to pinpoint the trouble. Even after replacing control parts.
