Drives very smoothly but at the same time it handles like a real truck should. Going off road is flawless, not to mention a good time. Its a truck that does that it's meant to do; drive like a car on the highway but a rugged steel machine on the dirt. You will have fun driving this truck.
With the backup camera, it is easier to park than a full-size truck, but you sit up higher than a car so still have a truck feel. It has a tonneau cover, so items can be relatively securely stored in the bed. For Interstate driving where cruise control is appropriate, it appears to have enough power to drive through mountains. The four-wheel drive is easy to turn on and off.
Great little truck
2007 Nissan FrontierCam - Los Angeles, CA07/30/2014
The Frontier has been great so far! I went with the 4-cylinder engine. If you're looking to tow quite a bit, that engine is pretty weak but I pulled a 6x12 UHAUL trailer from Austin to Los Angeles right after I bought the car without too many problems. Otherwise I love it! The size makes driving the truck in cities quite manageable and I like the sleek look and comfortable interior. Very happy so far! And the gas mileage is pretty nice for a truck.
