Used 2011 Nissan Maxima S in Dulles, VA
Reviews for 2011 Nissan Maxima
Family and fun
Just like it says on the window sticker, this is a four door sports car. Plenty of room for the rear passengers, and plenty of trunk space. A 3.5L V6 that puts out 290hp coupled with a variable transmission will press you against the seat. The interior is very comfortable. The cloth seats have a texture similar to suede, and the dashboard materials are solid. The standard model is low on gadgets, but has all the essentials plus the luxury of a sun roof. The radio is wonderfully loud, with many speakers and a 6 CD changer that can play MP3's burned to a data CD, or hook in an external MP3 player though the Auxiliary connection. (There is no USB connection.) Bluetooth for hands free phone is a nice feature, with voice recognition for calling out. The styling on the 2011 presents an aggressive stance with smooth lines. Gas millage is not the best. I get an average of 22mpg with mixed highway and city. The continuously variable transmission has three modes: Normal, Sporty and 'Manual'. The normal mode gets the best gas millage. Sporty and Manual are more fun.
4 Door Sports Car Fun
The styling, acceleration, and power gives the feeling of a sports car. Unlike most sports cars though, the ride is smooth. A great highway cruiser; a spirited ride around town. The interior is plush, comfortable, and very roomy. Highway fuel economy is impressive but you do give up city mpg due to the V6 power. Driving this car makes me smile!
