Reviews for 2010 Nissan Murano
Nissan Murano -Thumbs Up
I owned a Lexus RX 300 prior to purchasing the Nissan Murano. I have been very pleased with the comfort, appearance, and options of the Murano. I am a short lady and the Murano accomomdates my short stature quite well. My husband is much taller and he can adjust the seat to accomodate his comfort quite easily. Other things I really like about the Murano, is the turning radius and it will stop on a dime, very easy to manuever. Safety features are important to me as well. My Murano has the rear camera which is very helpful due to the smaller size window in the rear. I really like the extras like bluetooth and a great stereo system and being able to control those things in the steering wheel. Prior to purchasing, I did a large amount of search for the right vehicle for me. I was knew alot about the Murano before I ever went shopping. The cargo space in the back is a little smaller than what I am used to but it meets my needs well. It's all I hoped it would be.
terrible I am back to driving my old chev blazer
It's not w at I expected from Nissan. I previously owned a Maxima which was great so I thought all Nissans would be great, but that is not true. The Murano is a rough driving car and the price is too high. If I had to do it over I would have gotten the Buick Enclave. It has a much better ride.
Nice ride and features but major repairs required
Purchased from Carmax with 71,000 miles. Within 2 months of purchase, CVT transmission had to be replaced. One month later, alternator had to be replaced, a very expensive fix on a Murano given its location in the engine compartment (requires removal of the air conditioner unit). Nissan extended the warranty on the CVT transmission to 10 yrs, 120K miles through this model year for a reason -- they are a problem.
