Great car for a family with multiple children. The third row seats are easily accessible (even without removing the child car seat from the second row)-much easier access than competitor SUVs. Plus two reasonable sized (5'6" & 5'10") children fit comfortably in the third row for long rides. My wife would have liked an automatic rear hatch, and I have to agree, because it is quite a chore to manually close.
We love this car. It holds my family with room to spare. And there's room left over. Lots of storage. We often gold down back row when we go shopping or to the beach. My three children fit with room to spare in the middle row. And one is still in a car seat.
It frankly was a waste of my money. After extnesive service performed a week after I purchased it, it was fine for 2 months. Now, there is a clonking in the rear end, my brake booster works when it feel like it, the transmission now has a lazy shift, and just this morning when I started the truck to go to work the ignition would not return from the "start" position, and it was running but turning the starter at the same time!! CARMAX sold me a Lemon!!!
Vehicles with third-row seating have plenty of features for nearly every type of driver. For families that need a great family-friendly vehicle, SUVs, crossovers, and minivans with third-row seats give passengers roomy interiors and still have enough power to haul plenty of vacation equipment or moving supplies.
