I've hauled from a 32 ft travel trailer rated at 8800 pounds loaded with contents to tractors at 7000 pounds. It is the best pulling vehicle I have ever owned from F-150 to Dodge to Chevy's. I'm 6 ft tall and I have plenty of room in the truck. I have the ext cab with the seat all the way back my kids still have plenty of room also. Now the only problem I do have is like what was said in a previous comment was the wiper controls they are always in the way. Other than that I would recommed this truck to anybody. Gas milage is to be expected from a truck 19 hwy and 16 city.
I was surprised at the comfort in a pick up truck, and fuel economy has been better than expected averaging 20 on the road and 17 pulling a trailer loaded with 2 horses. The only complaint I have is the placement of the windsheild wiper control. It is in the way turning the ignition on or off and I usually manage to turn on the wipers on the way. I am hoping to get used to its placement as it is pretty annoying.
I looked at other trucks and was close to making a deal on a Silverado - Nice truck there too. The Nissan fit me better (I'm 6'6") and has tons of room for the kiddo's and all our stuff. It rides nice and smooth but still hustles in the twisties of the ozarks for a full size Crew Cab. So far, I'm loving it!!
They’re big. They’re bold. They’re kinda in your face. Tall pickup trucks and SUVs have the kind of ride height that gets you over, through, and around the kind of rough terrain which stops other vehicles in their tracks. If you live in a place with lots of snow, mud, or uneven ground, ride height (defined as the distance between the bottom of your truck’s tires and the lowest point on the underside) is probably more important to you than road-hugging and handling characteristics and strong fuel efficiency.
