2008 Pontiac SolsticeRhonda Neel - Plano, TX09/24/2015
This car is a very unusual style - sort of like a mini-bat-mobile, so it really gets attention. It looks much more expensive than it actually is, and rides very smoothly. Has a great safety rating - I bought one for my daughter and another for my grand-daughter.

I have a white 2 door Pontiac Grand Prix GT with 125,000 miles on it. I bought the car from a Toyota dealership 5 years ago when it had 60k miles on it.
I have taken excellent care of my Pontiac Grand Prix (replaced radiator, A/C work, changed oil/filters, replaced/rotated tires, replaced miscellaneous parts, and washed/cleaned it.) Oh, by the way, the car has not had any major accidents.
I really enjoy driving it to work, church, with friends, co-workers, and when something goes wrong, I immediately find out what the problem is and repair it. I'm going to try to keep my car because it is a sporty two door coupe and Pontiac doesn't make Grand Prixs anymore.
Not so hot...

Nice traveling car, but somewhat uncomfortable and lacks real good visibility.
Though its tenure was short-lived and it was only available in the US for a single model year, the Pontiac G8 is still largely considered one of the best American sedans produced in recent history. The G8 was first developed and produced in Australia, where it was known as the Holden Commodore. It was rebadged for the North American market in 2008, where it replaced the Pontiac Bonneville.
