Customer Review Summary for Pontiac
Mt Dream Car
2007 Pontiac G6Paul - Clearwater, FL02/11/2011
This car was purchased as a replacement for a 2004 Sunbird Poitiac, the car is excellent in both handling, performance, and looks. The 18" tires make it a great ride, the gas mileage is around 20 in the city, and 24 on the road, it is hard to keep the car down under 70 MPH, it likes to run. The V-6 engine is plenty fast on take off and the transmission is smooth. My car has all the options, including heated seats, auto lights, Moonson radio, exterior start. My car is a hard top convertible with the top folding down into the trunk, it works to a tee. Having owned many Pontiacs to me this is the top of the line. I would recommend this car to everyone.
We love love love this baby! We sold our Harley Electra-Glide and were missing a little "spark". Well,we sure got a blaze when we bought our Solstice. Sooo much fun to drive, plenty of zoom, and boy do we get great comments. My hubby bought this for me and other than I wish the seat was more adjustable I think he spoils me ROTTEN! Go for it you won't regret it! Red convertibles forever! (I deducted one star for the lack of seat height adjustment)

Though its tenure was short-lived and it was only available in the US for a single model year, the Pontiac G8 is still largely considered one of the best American sedans produced in recent history. The G8 was first developed and produced in Australia, where it was known as the Holden Commodore. It was rebadged for the North American market in 2008, where it replaced the Pontiac Bonneville.
