I was very excited to find this car - it even had XM radio! The car is quiet, sleek, and very nice. It was neat to have all the extra things - like trip meter, mpg, oil life (displayed in the radio console), etc.
There are a few things missing from this car: There is no light in the vanity mirror and there are no lights near the rearview mirror or near the top of the doors. I would have liked to see this (don't know if this it just a option missing from the base G6, but I don't know.) I also wish the center arm rest was a little bit longer so that I could place my arm there and still use my hand to drive.
Overall, I really like this car.

2007 Pontiac G6Paul - Clearwater, FL02/11/2011
This car was purchased as a replacement for a 2004 Sunbird Poitiac, the car is excellent in both handling, performance, and looks. The 18" tires make it a great ride, the gas mileage is around 20 in the city, and 24 on the road, it is hard to keep the car down under 70 MPH, it likes to run. The V-6 engine is plenty fast on take off and the transmission is smooth. My car has all the options, including heated seats, auto lights, Moonson radio, exterior start. My car is a hard top convertible with the top folding down into the trunk, it works to a tee. Having owned many Pontiacs to me this is the top of the line. I would recommend this car to everyone.
2007 Pontiac G6Legoman - Durham NC02/22/2011
This Pontiac G6 is a very good reliable vehicle. It has great power and get up and go. It does have a 6 cylinder, so it is good on gas but not as good as a 4 cylinder. Car has been very reliable, I do wonder about service in the future , since the company has gone out of business.
Though its tenure was short-lived and it was only available in the US for a single model year, the Pontiac G8 is still largely considered one of the best American sedans produced in recent history. The G8 was first developed and produced in Australia, where it was known as the Holden Commodore. It was rebadged for the North American market in 2008, where it replaced the Pontiac Bonneville.
